Fast Dry Beach Towel (69 inch x 37 inch) - Turkish Beach Towel

This towel is great to take on vacations and trips. It is light weight and dries quickly.

These are a great option for a light weight beach towel. Feels nice and easy enough to toss into a bag and bring with you to your beach adventures. The pattern is nice while not being over the top and drawing attention to itself.

This towel is great for lying out on the sand. It has a nice fine weave that does not hold sand - it shakes off very easily when you pick it up. The weave also makes it feel "heavy," which its to say that it lies out nicely. You can spread it out and it stays out and flat. IT does not wrinkle or curl too easily.The downside is that it is not great for drying off. It does the trick to a certain extent, but traditional towels are definitely better.

Extra bonus, the packaging is 100% biodegradable. LOVE that. So, I didn't know what to expect, since I've never used turkish cotton anything before. I've decided this is my new fave kind of towel. It's sooo lightweight (almost like a pashmina) but absorbent, so works the way a towel is supposed to. No fears that its thinness and light weight makes it useless. (kudos to the other reviewer who referenced Hitchhiker's Guide! And I agree. LOL) The dense, smooth weave does shake off sand much more easily than loop/knit towels. I don't know how they're gauging "quick dry" but in my opinion it's no different than a regular towel. The size is very generous! It could be used as a lightweight blanket. I wonder about the laundering instructions, which make it much less convenient. I'd've removed only half a star if I could've.

I actually prefer the Turkish towels, they dry a lot faster between uses, they don't start smelling weird, easy to clean, and they seem to get softer with each wash. These are also great for the beach, while I use a large blanket to sit on (and/or chairs), we bring Turkish towels because they don't grab the sand, they shake off super quick and you can still get dry. Thinner than a traditional towel, these also take up less space in the washer, but allow for several more to be washed at once. I've line dried most of this summer because the weather has been great, but this has been through the dryer too, both work wonderfully.
